Chunks

Founded in 2019 in Seattle, WA by Korean-American artist and designer Tiffany Ju, Chunks was born out of a desire for more fun, quality hair clips. Our vision is to create community through shared celebrations of self-expression, everyday.

Chunks are proudly and responsibly made in Jinhua, China. They are committed to manufacturing transparency and dispelling the negative stereotypes around “made in China”.Chunks are committed to using high quality cellulose acetate (a plant-based material) over conventional petroleum based plastics. They are also committed to creating less waste in our production process. They believe it's time to end the shame around WHERE companies produce and emphasise HOW companies produce.
