How do I track my order +

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is being dispatched Please allow a couple of hours as sometimes orders are not scanned straight away. We will notify you which shipping company has been used - this all depends on how fast we can get the items to your door

My order hasn’t been shipped yet +

We want you to get your hands on your orders as soon as possible. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from time of purchase. If your order is placed before 1pm Monday-Thursday NZT it will be sent the same day. Any orders placed after 1pm NZT will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after Friday and over the weekend 1pm NZT will be processed on the following Monday.
If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation please send us an email to contact@bymaverix to check up on your order.

Will I have to pay taxes and duties +

If your delivery is within New Zealand you will not have to pay any duties or taxes. If your orders are being shipped outside of New Zealand please note by Maverix will not be held responsible for any customs or duties charges that may be incurred on delivery into customs. We unfortunately have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country and we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information

My order hasn't arrived? +

Please email us on contact@shopfoundbymaverix.com we are happy to help you locate your order.

I want to change or cancel my order? +

If your order has not been shipped we are happy to cancel it, please send an email to contact@bymaverix. Unfortunately if the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it - please refer to our returns policy instead.

Can I change my shipping address? +

Please email contact@bymaverix If your order hasn’t been shipped there is a chance we can change this. Unfortunately if your order has been shipped you will need to get in touch with our designated shipping carrier to change your address and redirect your package. Please let us know if you run into any issues in the process.

What is the status of my order? +

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number and shipping company - use this number to track your order.

I've received the wrong item, size, or faulty order? +

If you have double checked the order confirmation and details please send us an email to contact@helloshopfoundbymaverix.com and we will help you right away!

Will an out of stock item be restocked? +

We pride ourselves in slow fashion and not creating unnecessary consumption. However If you would like to be notified when an item is restocked select the product and size you want and click on ‘Notify Me’ to enter your email. Depending on demand levels for certain items we may be able to replenish the item.

Can I pick up my order? +

As we are an online store, unfortunately we are unable to offer pick-up of purchases, or viewing prior to purchasing.

What is your returns policy? +

Damn, we are sorry to hear this one didn’t work out and we understand that sometimes purchases are not always right. Items can be returned back to us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange (if we have the stock available), store credit or refund. Refunds exclude item(s) purchased during a sale/promotion.
Items must be returned in its original condition with the original packaging and all tags/garment stickers attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any marks, stains, makeup stains or odours. If you believe your product is damaged or faulty please reach out to us and we will be happy to further assist. Please see our returns page for all the details.

How do I arrange a return? +

We made it easy so you can reuse your mailer to resend the items back in. Please email contact@bymaverix we will email you a returns slip that can be attached to your original packaging to and a link to book one of our trustee couriers to collect the package for you.

Have you received my return? +

We will let you know via email as soon as we have processed your return. Keep note on the tracking number of your return to follow it’s progress to us.

Do you offer refunds? +

Yes we do! However, we unfortunately do not offer refunds on items that were purchased during a sale or using a promotional code.All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. If you have used a combination of store credit and card/PayPal/AfterPay/Laybuy then your store credit will be re-issued and your payment refunded.

When will I get my credit note? +

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. Once it has been processed you will receive an email with details of your credit note.
Orders placed through Afterpay/Laybuy and returned for a store credit. When choosing to return your item for a store credit, your refunded amount will be allocated to your With Found By Maverix Card, and not your payment plan. Therefore, it's important to keep up your payment plan payments as the third party website charges late fees for any overdue payments!

Can I exchange my order/size? +

Absolutely, you can exchange your item for any size (permitted it’s in stock) and we will send the exchange back to you at no extra change. Please email us at contact@bymaverix with your order number and items/sizes you would like to exchange. Please note that due to environmental reasons we only offer free exchanges once.
